How do invitations work?
SupahID is invitation-only. Open your invitation link or enter its code using Redeem invite. Invitations expire and can be used once.
What if verification is pending or fails?
Pending means the verification provider has not returned a final result. Follow the result shown in the verification flow or contact support if it appears incorrect.
What if I lose my passkey?
Passkey recovery is assisted by SupahID support. Email support@supah.id to get help.
How do I change what is public?
Sign in, open Persona, and choose what to publish. Making your Persona private removes it from public access.
How do I stop an app from using my SupahID?
Sign in, open Apps and Access, choose the app, and end its active access. This does not erase information the app already received.
Which connections are available?
Spotify is the only connection currently available. Connecting Spotify does not automatically share your music context with an app.
How do I delete my SupahID?
Sign in, open Security, and choose Delete SupahID. This permanently disables your profile and signs out all sessions.
