Help
Help with your SupahID.
SupahID is invite-only, uses password-plus-passkey sign-in, and keeps lost-passkey recovery support-assisted.
How do invitations work?
A Supah operator issues an expiring, single-use invitation. Open its link or enter its code at Redeem invite. SupahID has no public registration or waitlist.
What if verification is pending or fails?
Pending means Stripe has not returned a final outcome. Follow the result shown in the verification flow. A failed or expired ceremony does not create an account. Contact support if the result appears incorrect.
Can I change my alias?
No. Your alias is chosen once and remains the permanent sign-in name and public address for that SupahID. Review it carefully during onboarding.
How do I create a passkey?
During onboarding, follow the browser or operating-system prompt after creating your password. The private key remains in your authenticator; Supah never receives it.
What if I lose my passkey?
Lost-passkey recovery is support-assisted. If you still have a signed-in session, replacement also requires your password. Email support@supah.id for recovery help.
How do I edit or unpublish my Persona?
Sign in to the owner portal, open Persona, edit the self-published fields, and save. Use Make private to remove the Persona from public access and discovery.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open Security, and use Delete SupahID. The confirmation permanently disables the profile and signs out all sessions.
Still need help?
Email support@supah.id. Never send your password, passkey assertion, government-ID image, or selfie by email.
